Triquat
derives its name of the four triangles which form this puzzle. The puzzle looks
like a octahedron when put correctly together.
The
twelve pieces of which this puzzle is constructed are exactly the same. Three
rods are assembled to a triangle. Four of these triangles can form the puzzle as
shown above. In fact has every rod four notches, but two notches overlap. The
design of the pieces is rather complicated, so it very handy to use the design
graph when you make this puzzle. The solution of this puzzle is not very
difficult if
the pieces are made accurately.
